Omega 3 from Sage!!
I’ve been taking Omega 3 for years. They told me it’s good for my heart and my brain. I give it to my daughter as well as she has low muscle tone since birth and the Omega 3 helps with that. I was also told that it’s an anti depressant andcarrier to noise ratio helps with the development

Interesting article on that omega 3 plant source, Salvia Sclarea. Could be similar to chia seeds, another excellent plant source of omega 3’s.
You can now get pharmaceutical-grade fish oils that have been tested for traces of mercury, PCB’s, dioxins and other contaminants. They now come flavored in lemon, orange and strawberry. Any fish oil that causes ‘repeats’ is most likely a low-grade fish oil that has gone rancid and should not be used. Pharmaceutical-grade fish oils do not cause ‘fishy burps’ and are considered one of the highest sources of DHA and EPA.
However, some people choose not to eat fish or animal products so these alternate plant-sources of omega 3’s looks like a nice alternative.
