Omega 3 for a Healthy Heart
Do you need to lower your cholesterol or your triglycerides?
If you are at all interested in heart health, you have probably heard of the benefits omega 3 fatty acids can give you. These fats (of which DHA is one) have the power to drastically increase health, resistance to disease, and greatly slow the aging process. Omega 3 oils are know to increase the heart friendly HDL (the GOOD cholesterol) The problem is, the majority of people have dangerously low levels of these healthy fats in their bodies.
Having low levels of Omega 3 oils leads to serious health complications. Heart disease, ADHD, depression, arthritis, certain cancers and numerous other ailments are linked to a deficiency in omega oils.
The body cannot produce omega 3 fats by itself, so its only source is from the foods you eat and the supplements you take. However, the average modern diet is almost completely lacking in omega 3 oils. For example, the majority of people in America are over 80% deficient in these essential oils. That is cause for serious concern. To make matters worse, the average diet provides much in the way of unhealthy, disease causing fats. Combine the deficient levels of Omega 3’s with the over abundance of bad fats and you have a recipe for disease and rapid aging.
It’s so easy to take in proper amounts of omega 3’s using supplements, that it’s truly amazing how few people actually do it. All you need to do is find high quality fish oil and take it every day. Flaxseed oil is also a very good source of Omega 3 oils. Doing this simple practice yields amazing health benefits. Skin becomes smoother, brain health is increased, joints are lubricated, the heart becomes healthier, digestion is aided, and vision becomes clearer — basically every cell of your body rejoices.
This leads to you to feeling great with plenty of energy throughout your day. Not to mention you will age much more slowly and become far more resistant to degenerative diseases. Your HDL (good cholesterol) will increase, thereby improving the ratio between the bad (LDL) and good cholesterol.
There has been research which showed that omega oils which were mixed with cottage cheese yielded a 95% cure rate in cancer patients (weird but true)! This just shows how critical it is to our health to have a sufficient intake of these healthy fats. If they can produce results such as these on cancer patients, they can undoubtedly help cure other diseases as well. Our bodies can heal themselves amazingly, given the proper tools, when the diseases are caught at an early enough stage.
Give your body what it needs to do its job. It won’t be able to heal itself or maintain good health if it is missing key ingredients. By supplementing with omega 3 oils you will experience more vitality, productivity and well-being than ever before. It may sound far fetched to you but I highly recommend trying this out for a while. Check your cholesterol and triglyceride levels before you start and then, again, 2 months later. The proof is in the pudding.
