Ingredients
* 2 eggs
* 1 pint milk
* ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
* ½ teaspoon equal or sweetner
* 2 tablespoons sultanas
* 2 thin slices of bread and butter (I would use whole wheat. Dena)
* Grated nutmeg
Method
1. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and sweetner together.
2. Place bread into a dish
